and "us")

uphold your rights to privacy protection under the National Privacy
Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The
National Privacy Principles apply to us. Those principles
regulate how we collect, store, use and disclose personal
information (as defined in the Act) about you and other
individuals.
This Privacy Policy sets out the basis of how and when we collect
your personal information, what that information is used for, who
uses it, when it may be disclosed to other parties, and how you can

time. The most current version of this policy will be located on

14. Waiver
If we delay or do not exercise any of our rights and remedies
available to us under this Privacy Policy, that will not be a
waiver of that right or remedy.
15. Severability
If any provision of this Privacy Policy is held to be invalid,
